摘要：An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel are
provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate (101); a first layer (L1), locatedon the base substrate (101), including a force electrode (103) configured to detect atouch force; a buffer layer (104) located on the first layer (L1); a thin film transistor (001)including a gate electrode (107) located on the buffer layer (104); and a second layer (L2)including a force electrodewire (111) and the gate electrode (107); the force electrodewire (111) and the force electrode (103)being electrically connected. In the arraysubstrate, the force electrodewire (111) and the force electrode (103) are located in thesecond layer, in this way, the problem that a via hole between a force electrodewire and aforce electrode has a large height to result in a disconnection and poor contact can besolved.
