摘要：Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel and amanufacturing method thereof as well as a display device. The display panel can
comprise: an array substrate comprising a common electrode layer; a color film substratearranged opposite to the array substrate, the color film substrate comprising a basesubstrate and a black matrix on a surface of the base substrate opposite to the arraysubstrate; and a sealant arranged between the color film substrate and the arraysubstrate. The array substrate can further comprise an extending portion outside thesealant. A first contact portion for electrical connection with the common electrode layeris arranged on the extending portion, and the black matrix is connected to the firstcontact portion through a first electrically conductive member.
