实验五:连续系统仿真——液体灌装线仿真设计
一、 实验名称:液体灌装线仿真设计
二、 实验描述:
液体灌装系统是用于化工、医药、食品充填设备。液体灌装线是一个自动定量连续生产的工程,其功能就是将大量的散装液体物料自动分成预定重量的小份载荷形式的定量包装。
三、 实验目的:
1、 了解液体灌装系统设计;
2、 了解Tank、Fluid、Processor及Pipe元素的用法; 3、 学会分析连续生产工艺设备利用率。
四、 实验介绍:
平均每小时下达一批100听的工作单,接到工作单后调度系统往车间发送100听空易拉罐,冲洗组以每批10听2min的速度冲洗到达的空易拉罐,检验组以2听/min的速度对冲洗后的空易拉罐进行检验,灌装组以10听/min(235ml/听)的速度往空易拉罐中灌装饮料,封箱组用3min时间将24听饮料封装为一箱。
灌装前的饮料要在一个100L的杀菌器中经过45min杀菌处理然后经过管道输送到200L的储藏容器中等待灌装,提取组根据该容器
的饮料容量提取散装饮料,当储藏容器中的饮料小于70L时,提取组以一批/min(约10L/批)的速度提取散装饮料,当杀菌器中的饮料多于80L的时候不再提取,杀菌器开始进行杀菌。
