We are what we eat
As is known to us, eating habits are becoming increasingly important in our daily life.
For one thing, we can benefit a lot from a good eating habit. To begin with, it builds a strong body. What’s more, it also helps us students study well.
For another thing, a bad eating habit brings about some unexpected problems. For example, it can lead to diseases such as lung cancer.
From my point of view, a bad eating habit is very harmful and we should keep away from it. In a word, have a good eating habit, and our life will be healthier and happier. 汪鑫
As is known to all, we are what we eat. Therefore, keeping healthy eating habit is of vital importance.
Keeping healthy eating habit can benefit us a lot. Firstly, by keeping it, we can relax and build our body. Secondly, as for people who are overweight, they can lose weight .
If we don’t keep healthy eating habit, our growth may be affected. Worse still, it will influence our future!
