结合《健康与幸福》七上B单元遵循饮食指南,学生通过阅读了解并制定自己健康的饮食食谱,养成健康的饮食观念。 二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点:
1)学习运用有关食物的词汇并能按食品、水果和蔬菜进行分类总结。 2)了解并制定自己健康的饮食食谱,养成健康的饮食观念。 2. 教学难点:

Ⅰ. Warming- up and revision
(Food Pyramid)
1. Words game (review the words of food, meat, fruit and vegetable) 2. Ss read and try to remember the new words in the food pyramid. 3. Understand the meaning and importance of Food Pyramid.
设计说明:通过食物金字塔的图形导入,让学生们在用英语说出这些食物名称的同时,了解到每类膳食在日常生活中所需摄入的比重,初步培养健康饮食的观念。(图片中呈现的食物PPT中均以英文呈现) Step1. Presentation

设计说明:学生通过阅读Cindy’s eating habits,知道Cindy是一个十分注重自己健康的女孩,并对于什么是健康的膳食有了一个初步的概念,此时,教师再导入相关的制定健康目标的知识,让学生依据表格中提供的食物组摄入量参照表,讨论一下一康的食谱该如何制定和实施。(图片中呈现文字在PPT中将以英文呈现)

设计说明:右边的表格是各类膳食的营养价值表,此时教师要求学生将先前自己及家人的每日饮食习惯调查表拿出来,对照着这些数据进行饮食评估,看看自己哪些习惯是健康的,哪些是不健康的,或者需要改进的。然后以小组为单位制定一康食谱,并且在班级进行展示。
板书设计:
