摘要：The invention relates to a piston rod guide (3) and a cylinder (1). The piston rodguide (3) guides a piston rod (2) in a cylinder (1), in particular a shock absorber. Said pistonrod guide has a guide element (4), a sealing element (5) and an oil duct (6). The oil duct(6) comprises one or more strands which lead from a central inner region of a piston rod(2) to the outside of the piston rod guide (3) and open out there at one or more outlets(15). The oil duct (6) has a plurality of interconnected duct sections (12, 12', 13, 14) whichare formed between the guide element (4) and the sealing element (5) and are boundedby the two elements.
