1) The setting error of mode of operation, i.e. under the external terminal, the operation will be started through panel operating or manipulator of operating method. 2) FREF too low or without setting.

5.4.3 Do not reversal the motor

Check if P067 is equal to 1, if it equal to 0, reversal is prohibited. 5.4.4 In the opposite of rotate direction of motor.

Default of motor output line, to set the P066 steering control into operation of the opposite direction or exchange any of the two wiring from U, V, W. 5.4.5 Too much slowing down of motor

1) The setting time of slowing down is too long, decrease the slowing down time. 2) Retro the brake resistor 3) Add direct current braking. 5.4.6 Overheat of motor

1) The load is too large, the actual torque exceeds rated torque of motor; suggest magnifying the motor volume.

2) Environment temperature is too high; motor may burnout under the higher temperature, so please reduce the surrounding temperature.

3) The inter-pressure between motor is insufficient.

The shock wave is generated between winding coils of motor through the on-off action of converter. Normally the maximum impulse voltage will become as 3 times as the input power of converter, so please use the motor with higher impulse pressure between inter-motor rather than motor with maximum impulse voltage.

5.4.7 Start the converter, disturb other equipment setting.

1) Lower carrier frequency; reduce the action times of internal switch. 2) To set noise filter on the power input side of converter. 3) To set noise filer on the output side of converter. 4) Please correctly ground the converter and motor.

5) To put metal tube on the surface of cable, then shield it.

6) Separately routing the main return route and the controlling line.

5.4.8 When start the air blower, converter is over current and stall.

1) When it starts, the air blower is under the situation of spin, please set DC braking of starting.

2) If DC braking of starting has been set, please increase the DC braking value. 5.4.9 Shaking or boom with the Machine

1) If resonance occurred between vibrational frequency and carrier, adjust the carrier, so as to avoid the point of resonance.
