Study on the Control Pesticides and Optimum Period for Rice False Smut of Japonica Rice in South China LE Lihong ,CHEN Zhongping ,CHENG Feihu ( General Agricultural Technology Extension Station of Jiangxi Province,Nanchang 330046,China; Agricuhural Bureau of Yugan County,Yugan, Jiangxi 335100,China;1st author:ldihongx ̄iang@sohu.com;’Corresponding author:chengfeihu@vip.163.com) Abstract:Field trial was carried out to screening pesticides of controlling rice flase smut(RFS)(Ustilaginoidea virens)which was in- ereasingly serious in japonica rice.The results showed that hte control effects of Trilfoxystmbin-Tebuconazole,Amur,Jingangmy—cin A and Hexaconazole were similar,but significantly higher than the control effects of Difenoconazole—Azoxystrobin,Jingangmy coin and Tebueonazole.Compared with the contro1.the yields of the 4 pesticides treatments were increased by 4.38% ̄7.89%respectively.The control effect of application pesticide 1 time each at 10 days before rupturing,3 days before rupturing and after heading was signifi— cantly better than that of 1 time each before rupturing and after heading,and once after heading.There Was signiifcant diference in yield among the 3 treatments.The control effect of application pesticide 1 time each before rupturing and after heading was similar to application pesticide once after heading,but the diference of yield Was not signiifcant.
