摘要：This application provides a resource scheduling method applied to an operatingsystem of a terminal device and the terminal device to which the method is applied.According to the method, resource scheduling is refined to a granularity of a framedrawing thread, and a load characteristic of the frame drawing thread, for example,resource requirement information or running information, is considered when a resourcescheduling manner is being determined. Because an execution speed of the framedrawing thread is directly related to user experience, determining a target resourcescheduling manner by using the load characteristic of the frame drawing thread canimplement finer-granularity resource scheduling, so that resource scheduling is morespecific and a resource scheduling effect is better.
