基于施耐德PLC的供热控制系统设计

摘要

本设计以单个供热锅炉为研究对象,主要研究基于施奈德PLC控制的锅炉供热系统,通过分析锅炉的结构及组成,了解各个种类的供热锅炉在不同场合的一些使用特点。本设计的最终目的为控制出水温度保持在最佳且供热锅炉经济燃烧。

供热锅炉的控制系统由控鼓风机控制部分、引风机控制部分及炉排制部分组成,通过分析燃烧系统调节和压力系统调节,提出了以风—煤比为主要调节参数,通过调节风—煤比的设定值使控鼓风机控制部分、引风机控制部分及炉排制部分这三个非线性耦合的部分达到较好的协制,使供热锅炉达到一个比较经济的燃烧。

该控制系统设计主要为下位机控制部分,通过分析锅炉在运行过程中供热锅炉需要监测和控制的量来设计下位机控制程序。系统的下位机利用施奈德PLC(Unity_Pro 4.0)进行软件开发,设计了对供热锅炉的控制程序,其中包括对锅炉的给煤量、鼓风量、引风量、出水温度、及炉膛压力等参数的检测和控制。由温度、压力传感器采集锅炉中需要采集的温度和压力,经过变送器转变成4-20mA的电流输入到PLC中,经过计算得出相应的参数输出控制变频器,使得整个系统能够实时的进行监控和调节,使锅炉达到经济安全燃烧。

Abstract

This design with a single heating boiler as the research object, the main research based on schneider PLC control, by analyzing the structure and composition of the boiler heating system to understanding some kind of heating boilers in different situations for using characteristics. To ensure the proper water temperature and boiler economic burning is the final purpose for the design.

The heating boiler control system consists of control blower control section, induced draft fan control section and grate system components, through analysis the combustion system and pressure system, put forward a program that the wind – coal than as the main adjust for the boiler heating system .by adjusting the wind –coal parameters of fan control section, to control induced fan control section and made part of the three stoker nonlinear coupling part achieve better coordinated control to make the heating boiler reached a comparative economic burning.

This control system design mainly for lower level computer control section, through analyzing the boiler in the operation process of heating boilers need to monitor and control the amount to design lower level computer control procedures. The lower level computer system using Schneider PLC (Unity_Pro 4.0) software developers, designed procedures for the boiler control. There are some parameters for the boiler system to detection and control. It includes the quantity of coal, the number of drum wind, the number of lead wind, water temperature, the pressure of furnace. By the temperature, pressure sensors to collect boilers in need collection temperature and pressure, after transmitter into a four - the current 20mA input into the PLC, through the corresponding parameters calculated output control frequency converter, make the whole system can real-time monitoring and regulation, the

boiler combustion achieve economic and security.
