　　Many years ago, working in the big cities was many graduates’ choice. Theywanted to earn high salary and then found their own place in the economic zones.But now, the situation changes, as the government put forward some welfare, moregraduates trend to work in the small cities.

　　许多年前，在大城市工作是许多毕业生的选择，他们想要挣高工资，有一定的经济实力。但现在，情况改变了，提出了一些福利使得更多的毕业生倾向于在小城市工作。

　　The big cities are still the graduates’ first choice to work. In order tolure more talents to join the building of small cities, the local government hasprovided much welfare, such as the fund to do the project, the nice house tolive and so on. Because of the pressure in the big cities, more young peoplelike to join the team. But the problems will come as they live for a longtime.

　　大城市仍然是毕业生就业的首选。为了吸引更多人才加入小城市的建设，地方提供了很多福利，比如投资资金开展项目，提供条件不错的房子等。因为在大城市的压力，所以更多的年轻人喜欢加入这个队伍。但是随着他们生活很长一段时间以后问题也会接迥而至。

　　Some young people can’t adapt themselves to the new environment, where fullof old generation and small kids around. It seems to be lacking vitality forthem. What’s more, nobody knows the policy that local government provideswhether will change someday. So when graduates make decision, they need to makefurther consideration, or they will waste the best years to search the rightplace.

　　一些年轻人无法适应新的环境，因为小城市都是老人和小孩，他们的生活似乎缺乏活力。而且，谁知道当地提供的是否有一天会改变。所以当毕业生做出决定时，他们需要深思熟虑，不然他们会浪费最好的年华去实现自己的价值。
